Sunrise Yoga & Breathwork by the Sea
Would you like to start your day feeling grounded, clear, and connected?
Practicing yoga by the sea is a simple yet powerful way to reset. The sound of the waves, the fresh morning air, and the natural light of sunrise all support you in slowing down and tuning in.
Each class is designed to help you move your body, calm your mind, and feel more present.
What we’ll do:
Breathing exercises (pranayama)
A short meditation
Gentle warm-up
A yoga sequence (adapted for all levels)
Deep rest and relaxation
I’ve been teaching yoga for four years and am certified in:
