Beginner Yoga on the beach
Practicing yoga by the sea will allow us to use Mother Nature’s meditation cues: the rhythmic flow of waves crashing, the sound of wind blowing by, and even the smell of saltwater will help you relax, focus and completely clear your mind.
Yoga is a practice that helps us bring about balance to our mind, body and soul. Each class is designed to promote health, fitness, meditation, concentration and peace of mind.
If you're ready to practice then I'm ready to teach you.
A typical class involves:
Pranayama ( breathing exercises ) Short meditation
Warm up
Yoga asanas
Deep Relaxation
I have been teaching yoga for four years and nothing gives me more pleasure than meeting like-minded people through yoga.
I am certified yoga teacher in :

♡ Yin yoga
♡ Meditation
♡ Ayurveda yoga
♡ Trauma informed yoga
♡ Yoga nidra
All levels are welcome as each class will be guided in a way that everyone can understand and follow along to.
Class price €10
👉 All classes will be kept to a small group this is to ensure your safety and mine.
