This workshop is open to everyone

We’ll start with a flow to warm up, then move into drills to build strength in the arms, shoulders, and core. Everything is broken down step by step so you can actually understand what you’re doing, not just throw yourself into a pose.

We’ll work on crow and headstand together, taking it at your own pace. It’s not about nailing the pose — it’s about practicing, building strength, and getting more comfortable being a bit out of your comfort zone.

Expect a mix of movement, strength work, and time to try things out properly.

Come if you want to get stronger, learn something new, and see what your body can do.
