We spend so much of our time rushing from one thing to the next that our bodies rarely get the chance to slow down. Over time, stress can build up physically as tight muscles, tension and fatigue, as well as mentally.

This class is designed to help you slow down and release that build-up through gentle movement, breathing and mindful yoga. The focus isn’t on flexibility or difficult poses. It’s about moving in a way that helps your body relax, your mind become quieter, and leaving the class feeling more grounded than when you arrived.

Whether you’ve had a busy week, you’re feeling overwhelmed, or you simply want an hour to switch off, this class offers the space to do that.

All levels are welcome. Just bring a yoga mat, some water, and come as you are.
