Hot Pot 2.0--海底捞火锅（HaiDiLao Hotpot)

HaiDiLao is one of the most popular hotpot restaurants in China with more than 100 outlets in China, Sigapore, and the U.S. it has won dozens of titles including the best service winner by Timeout magazine, Certificate of excellence by Tripadvisor, Best hotpot by China Food Association.

It is a Sichuan hotpot but you do have non-spicy options. The service of the restaurant is great, some people even feel they are overdoing.

On Dianping.com, it rates 9.1 for services, 9.1 for environment, 9.0 for taste. There are not that many restaurants can reach that high.
