Singing HU can help expand awareness and enjoyment of life; and can open our hearts to receive God’s love. Followers of many spiritual traditions have used prayer, the singing of holy words, and meditation to bring themselves closer to God. In the same way, HU, an ancient name for God can be sung for spiritual upliftment.
You are invited to join us in this simple spiritual exercise. We will spend 15 minutes singing/chanting the word HU, followed by five minutes of quiet contemplation. Afterward, we will have a spiritual discussion.
