Have you ever felt like you’re moving through life on autopilot — reacting, striving, pushing, but not fully understanding why you feel the way you do? Many of us live with a quiet undercurrent of stress, tension, or dissatisfaction without ever slowing down to explore its roots.
This group is an invitation to start being intentional about it.

In this first webinar we will:
- Explore what suffering is according the Buddha
- Learn what suffering is according to modern science
- engage in a community dialogue on the topics discussed

In the second webinar we will:
- Understand the mental habits and reactions that shape your inner experience
- Discuss practical tools to observe your thoughts and emotions with more clarity and less reactivity
- engage in a community dialogue on the topics discussed

Depending on the engagement in these first two webinars I will propose periodic meetups to practice what learned and continue on this path.
