Unfiltered & Unapologetic is a dedicated space for women aged 30–45 in Melbourne (and beyond) who are navigating life transitions — whether in career, relationships, identity, or mindset — and are completely done asking for permission to live on their own terms.

If you’re tired of surface-level small talk, toxic positivity, or feeling like you’ve outgrown your current self, you’re in the right place.
