Unfit United is a group for those who want to do mild exercises. We do moderate exercises outside, such as slow running, hiking, or city cycling.

The heat is finally cooling down so…let’s go cycling!
We’ll be going to Ohara through Ebumitouge, which is a little bit of uphill.
The course is about 30km, 7% slope and 324m total elevation from the sea level. You have to ride a cross bike, road bike or mountain bike. You can’t come with Mamachari (city bike) .

It can be done in 3.5 hours in a normal speed but I added some extra time to explore Ohara so that we don’t have to hurry if any of us needs more time.

Bring plenty of water, sunscreen and a helmet.

Check the condition of your bike beforehand and make sure to cycle safe!

The traffic from Ohara to the City is a bit busy so please make sure you are covered by an insurance, and follow the traffic rules in Japan.

In case of bad weather, it’ll be postponed to Tuesday September 23rd. I’ll update the status by 9pm the day before.

I’ll make a reservation for a cafe in Ohara. Lunch menu will cost about ¥1600-2200. If you have a dietary restriction or not joining the lunch, please let me know on the comment. We will probably going to one of the following cafes;

Ohara Sanso -
I’ll ask ¥500 to cover organizers fee.
