Train Capoeira

We train weekly on Tuesdays @ 7pm in the St Albans Community Centre, 1049 Colombo St, Christchurch.

Classes are tailored to suit those in attendance so all levels of fitness and experience are welcome to join in. Classes are aimed at ages 10+ however younger children are welcome to join but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

If you're looking to try something fun and challenging then pop on in and give it a go - you're more than welcome to bring a friend or two!
What to bring:
• Wear something light and comfortable with a decent amount of stretch – definitely not jeans or skirts (there are cartwheels involved). Ladies, please no low cut tops
• A water bottle

Prices:
Casual $15 per class
Monthly $40 per month
