All levels mountain unicycling and cyclocross practice

This is an all levels mountain unicycling practice session. Beginner to advanced muni riders are welcome. Any type of unicycle is suitable. Beginning muni riders must know how to freeride and free mount. I will give tips on how to ride singletrack, climb uphill and negotiate downhills.

This is also a great opportunity for competitive riders to hone their skills for the upcoming cyclocross season. If enough riders show up we can do a practice race!
