All levels unicycle track practice
Details
This practice session is for all levels of riders from competitors to beginners. Everyone can benefit from being able to ride faster.
I will be running drills including 100m, 400m, and 800m sprints. I will also be doing track specific drills such as wheel-walk and one-foot riding. There is also an area where beginners can practice riding.
Helmets, gloves, close-toed shoes, and knee pads are mandatory.
