Visibility to credibility, Try, Catch, Scrum! & Fix it & the rest will follow

Welcome to Unified Diff, a social group where we gather quarterly(ish) in Cardiff to talk all things tech! Our latest installment will be taking place on Thursday 15th October at 6pm at Roku's Cardiff Office. Tickets are free but limited, so be quick to reserve one. If you can no longer come, please release your ticket before the day so that someone else can. Thanks!

The Talks
From Visibility to Credibility: Building Trust across Digital Channels
- Lee Woodman
How do people find your product online? What makes them feel confident enough to enquire or buy? Lee takes us down the rabbit hole of why this matters more than ever in the age of AI.

Try, Catch, Scrum!: Building Technology for a Rugby Nation - William Eddy
What happens when over a million API requests hit your systems during an 80-minute game? How do you build an app for people standing on rugby pitches across Wales with no internet connection? And can technology actually help the national team win?
Will takes us behind the scenes of the WRU’s digital transformation, exploring the challenges of building technology for an entire rugby nation, the role of data in connecting the game, and how digital products are reshaping experiences for players, volunteers, clubs and supporters.

Fix it and the rest will follow: a multi-team transformation - Dafydd Rosser
Dafydd joins us to discuss transforming a multi-team culture, ways of working, and the processes to set teams up for success in the video gaming industry.
