Dance Church is a sacred monthly experience where we come together in celebration, movement, and song. You are invited to fully arrive in the temple of your own body, and the heart of your community. Music medicine is the thread that weaves our cathartic, restorative journey together.
The experience is a three-part venture:
• First, dropping into your heart with Mama Cacao—we will sing and pray over her together.
• Next, we’ll journey through ecstatic dance: a meditative, free-form experience where you are invited to surrender to your body’s creative expression and allow the music to move you. Live drumming and light guidance from your facilitator will support the deepening and expansiveness of the experience.
• Finally, we’ll finish in savasana (stillness), where you’ll receive a special sound bath and loving prayers to integrate your journey.
We will close with a sharing circle, community announcements, and time for connection (plus more Sunday Funday to follow). Experiencing this within the temple of the EneRay healing technology is truly profound—you won’t want to miss it.
