After about 45 minutes of life-enhancing education, we will have a global meditation focused on the power we all have to use our heart's energy to renew & restore ourselves and others. Susanna & Puran have devoted their lives to research & education on Heart Rythem Meditation and are bringing their education & meditation practices to people all around the world.
