For anyone who struggles to meditate—overthinks, resists stillness, or feels “too in their head”—this session offers a new way in.
Led by AnneTyler at EneRay, this heart-centered class begins with a simple, down-to-earth talk on what meditation really is and why it matters. From there, gentle movement and breathwork help shift you out of the mind and into the body. You’ll then be guided into a grounded, accessible meditation practice—no experience or perfection required.
This is an invitation to meet yourself just as you are. To breathe, reset, and remember how to simply be.
🧘♀️Event Breakdown:
• 10 min: Welcome + what meditation is (and isn’t)
• 10 min: Gentle movement to open the body
• 10 min: Breathwork to settle the nervous system
• 25-30 min: Guided + silent meditation
• 5 min: Reflection + optional sharing
