Join Massage Heights Midtown and UNIONisCREATION™ for a free community wellness experience as part of the global Make Music Day celebration.

Throughout the afternoon, guests are invited to slow down, relax, and experience the restorative benefits of immersive sound meditation through the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and meditative frequencies designed to calm the nervous system and promote a sense of balance and well being.

Four 20 minute Sound Bath Meditation sessions will be offered during the event, allowing guests to participate at different times throughout the afternoon.

Massage Heights Midtown will also be offering a limited number of complimentary chair massages on a first come, first served basis.

Whether you are looking for a moment of stillness, stress relief, or simply a chance to experience something new, this event is open to all and free to the community.
