The conversations will be hosted by 1 native speaker and 1 non-native speaker so you get the best of both worlds! 😆

Hey everyone! I’m from London and also speak an advanced level of Japanese! This allows me to understand the common problems Japanese people face when learning English, I love languages and look forward to helping you! Let’s have great conversations and we also hope to host some extra fun events such as going out/ sports etc.

Non-native speaker (チェコ人)
I am from Czech Republic (maybe you know it 😂) but have really tried my best with English! I understand how difficult it can be to learn but after moving to London and travelling around the world I understood how important it is!
I hope we can find some common interests (I have many!) and have some great casual fun talks! 😁
Our backstory:
We met in London whilst working at the same company! We also started to do some language exchange with each other and became really good friends!
Since then we have traveled around the world and had so many memorable experiences!
And finally…
We are both in Japan!
We decided to use this opportunity to create a space for English conversation where people can come and talk with each other in a relaxed and friendly setting.
We do not think of this as an “English lesson”
Our concept is meeting casually and learning in a fun and natural way!
And from our own experiences learning English or Japanese we have found that this way works best!
So please join our events! Come and improve your English and learn confidence and make friendships in the process!

Details:
Depending on group size we change the location, it will be around umeda!
We will send the exact location at least a day before the event.
Sometimes for smaller groups we go to a cafe etc. in this case you may need to buy one drink
For bigger groups we have a different space.
We will also try to hold monthly extra events such as days/nights out or sports and hobby related activities in this case the fee will be different ( we will share these events exclusively with members and not advertised here) once joining our conversation class we can invite you to a group chat etc. feel free to ask more details during the conversation.

Fee:
a 1 hr session is 3000円
Trial lesson/first time is 2000円
If you invite/ come with a friend you get 500 円 discount each.
All extra events/ lessons will be sent via our group chat so feel free to ask us when we talk if you like the session!
