About us

UniQuest, a division of The Henry Foundation is a non-profit organization. We are dedicated to furthering spiritual development on a nondenominational level. UniQuest was created to provide on-going programs which foster the development and understanding of human potential. The Foundation provides metaphysical resources and teaches basic meditation techniques to all who wish to learn.
The group meets the first and third Monday of every month at Unity Church on 90th Street in Omaha. Each bimonthly meeting has a speaker who presents a topic to the group. The presentation usually lasts for about an hour and is then followed by an energy circle/group meditation. Topics are centered around metaphysics, healing and spirituality (e.g., reiki, breathwork, meditation, yoga, chakras, and many more areas).

Recoding the Living Algorithm

You're already shaping your biology. Why not do it consciously?

Our bodies don’t just “store trauma” or “hold tension” — they run scripts again and again, sometimes unconsciously, until new instructions are introduced. A belief like “I am unsafe” can loop endlessly, generating cortisol spikes, tightened muscles, vigilance. Meanwhile, a belief like “I am held by life” runs a different algorithm, producing oxytocin, openness in the chest, relaxed digestion.

The exciting part? Algorithms can be rewritten.

Through awareness, resonance, and embodied practice, we can debug our inner code, compost outdated conditioning, and begin running programs that serve growth instead of survival alone.

Using technology as both mirror and metaphor, Astara explores how social media and marketing algorithms reflect our own biointelligence — and how we can consciously curate the “feed” of our nervous system and soul.

Join Astara to transform unconscious loops into conscious codes that ignite vitality, freedom, and harmony — and align you with your most life-giving timeline.

Bio

Astara Raven is an author, sustainable architect, sound artist, consciousness educator, and shamanic practitioner who bridges science, metaphysics, and embodied healing. After leaving her corporate role in sustainable architecture, she began exploring the interior architecture of the human spirit.

Her shamanic path includes training with Laurie Bates, Nan Moss, David Corbin, Jose Stevens, Jill Kuykendall, Hank Wesselman, Michael Harner, and cultural anthropologist Angeles Arrien — influences that inform her depth-oriented, archetypal approach to healing and leadership.

She now playfully calls herself a quantum architect — helping others build inner coherence and walk their path of power, the path of the heart. Astara guides resonance medicine experiences through sound and frequency and created the Heartifact Ecosystem — a living blueprint for holistic healing at the intersection of science, mysticism, and well-being.

As founder of Inner Space Academy, she trains quantum leaders for a new era — where sustainable change emerges from the inside out. She is the author of How the Stars Tell Time.
