Grab your favorite notebook, journal or scrap of paper and join us for a fun evening. Cora will give us an introduction to journaling and why it is helpful for metaphysical practices. Whether you are new to writing in a journal or you have been doing it for years come and experience journaling through a guided meditation and practice. All are welcome.
Cora is a long time Board Member and Treasurer of the Henry Foundation a 501 (c) (3) non profit organization. UniQuest is the teaching division of the Henry Foundation. If you have ideas for future speakers or if you are interested in becoming a board member to share your talents, please be sure to speak with Cora.
