I've been working & exploring the metaphysical world since I was a child starting with Energy Cards, then Totems, Plants, Tarot, Energy Work, Colors, Regression, Chakra, Reiki, Light Energy etc. to now where everything is rolled into 'FireLight Healing', that's more complete.

A Shadow is a traumatic action that we hide from ourselves. We need to be truthful to ourselves and give name to these lies we created & hide in the shadows from ourselves.

How to do this is simply explore by asking 'Why' in safe way. Looking for the reasons why you are hiding shame, insecurities, jealousy, fear, hate, even suppressing positive actions and more.

I can show how to do this when we can't see what is creating our mis-harmony by pulling Cards and how to recognize our physical reactions to the shadow as we look into the Light.
