My work is rooted in the belief that self-care is not selfish, Rest is not weakness and healing is not linear. whether through herbs, gemstones,energy work,sound therapy or mindful practices. I offer space where people are invited to soften, exhale and return to themselves.
If time permits, the talk will end with a meditation.
