Presented by Susan Rogert, Reiki Master, Teacher & Certified Medical Reiki Practitioner

What if your body has been holding on to something your heart is ready to release?

Some experiences leave more than memories. They leave echoes — old wounds, unspoken emotions, and invisible burdens we may not even realize we're carrying.

Even when our minds have moved on, our bodies may still remember. But what if there's a gentler way to release what we've been holding and open the door to healing?

Join us for a fascinating exploration with Susan Rogert, as she takes us beyond the physical and into the unseen world of energy, where she believes the imprints of trauma can linger — and where new possibilities for healing may begin.

Drawing on nine years of working with first responders and military personnel, Susan will share what she has witnessed through her Reiki practice, how trauma may influence our energetic well-being, and how gentle energy work can offer a path toward greater peace, balance, and release.

Meet Susan Rogert
Susan is a Reiki Master, teacher, certified Medical Reiki practitioner, and founder of Healing Home Omaha, a program devoted to offering natural energy healing practices to first responders and military personnel.

For nine years, she has dedicated herself to helping those who have carried extraordinary burdens, discovering along the way the profound connection she sees between the body's energy, our experiences, and our capacity for healing.

Susan brings something beautiful to her work: a gentle presence, a compassionate heart, and a deep respect for the healing journey of every person she encounters.

Perhaps the most extraordinary part of healing isn't what we discover we've been carrying — but what becomes possible when we finally begin to let it go.

If time permits, the talk will end with a meditation.
