Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is one of the best ways to improve balance and help develop self-awareness.
This hour-long class repeats every Tuesday from 2 until 3:00 in the Barnett Hall or the Conference Room.
Our instructor is the wonderful Marie E. from Yoga Pointe across the street.
Come dressed in soft, comfortable clothes and be ready to discover ways to renew and revitalize your body. A donation is appreciated but not necessary.
Everyone of any age, gender, or mobility level is welcome.
