Miha will share how United Cloud developed its data competencies, built a data platform, and raised data awareness across the company. Živa will explain their approach to hiring the right talent, showcasing real-life examples and success stories.

18:20 – 18:40: AI in Snowflake
Maja Ferle will demonstrate how to easily create machine learning models in Snowflake, discussing how biases can arise—especially when data is underrepresented—and how to mitigate this risk.

18:40 – 19:00: Open Source: My Journey, Projects, and People
Alenka Frim will take us through her personal journey in the Open-Source world, exploring the importance of diversity in tech and highlighting projects that promote inclusivity.

19:30 – Until We Wrap Up: Q&A and Networking Party!
Join us for a Q&A session followed by food, drinks, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow data enthusiasts. Share ideas, ask questions, and expand your professional network in a fun, informal setting.
