This circle is designed to let the body finish what the mind cannot.
Breathing in the Moonlight is a guided, trauma-informed breathwork experience created to support emotional release, energetic clearing, and nervous system regulation. Through rhythmic breathing, music, and structured facilitation, you will be guided out of mental overactivity and back into embodied awareness.
This is not passive meditation.

This is a structured journey inward.
This is a return to your rhythm.
When breath becomes intentional, the body responds.
Stored tension surfaces. Emotions move. Clarity returns.
You are not here to perform calm.
You are here to create it.

What You Can Expect:
A guided rhythmic breathwork journey designed to access and release stored emotional energy

Each session is intentionally facilitated to balance activation with safety.
You will leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to your internal rhythm.

Preparation:
Arrive hydrated and avoid a heavy meal beforehand.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and blanket.
No prior experience is necessary.
