Morning Meditation

Join us for Morning Meditations with Kenneth Gartman from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, just before our Celebration Service.

Powerful things can happen when we make space for them.
Meditation can seem so mystical. Many of us want to have a practice,
but there is so much information out there that it can be difficult to figure out where to start. So let’s walk through it together. We will be discussing various meditation techniques. Each class will also consist of two meditations.

Please plan to arrive early, as the door will be closed during meditation to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. We kindly ask that you only enter when the door is open, to avoid disrupting the experience.
