Whether you dream of leading chants in yoga classes participating in song circles, or deepening your personal devotional practice this training is a catalyst for your spiritual and musical aspiration.
I’ve created a training that’s meticulously crafted to blossom your voice, musicality, and Bhakti yoga practice. This program is designed to empower you with confidence, open your heart and deeper your spiritual journey.

Each day we will focus on a different beloved architype from the bhakti yoga tradition to imbue that energy of love into our consciousness.
*Open to all levels of harmonium playing and singing levels. Guitar players need at least basic skills in playing cords.

DAILY BREAKDOWN:

DEITY FOCUS: Each day, we will concentrate on a specific deity. A deep dive into the mythology, symbolism and spiritual significance of each deity.

1-3 Chants/Deity: You will learn 1-3 chants dedicated to the daily deity.
YOGA CLASS THEMED TO THE DEITY: This thematic approach will include asanas, pranayama, meditation, mantras and Kriyas that resonate with the deity’s attributes, creating a powerful and transformative experience. The classes will be primarily Sattva yoga based from the Himalayan tradition as taught by Anand Mehrotra.

SINGING LESSONS: These sessions will focus on developing and refining your vocal skills tailored to enhance your chanting and devotional singing.

WEEKEND SCHEDULE:

Thursday: Saraswati
Friday: Ganesha
Saturday: Lakshmi

SAMPLE DAY:

9-10:30 AM: Yoga class/Deity themed.
11 AM – 12 PM: Singing Masterclass
12-2P M: Lunch Break
2-3 PM: Wisdom talk on Deity
3-4 PM: Learn and practice chants
4-5:30 PM: Song Sharing Circle
