1. Talk: Unity Licensing
by Daniel Conde Linares, svarmony
2. Talk: Real-time 1v1 multiplayer game using .Net and Unity3D, Funstage
by Alex Gavrilescu and Peter Melchart
We will demonstrate how it is possible to allow 2 players from different parts of the world to play against each other with the minimum latency possible and have the game validation done on the backend side.
The Unity client will use a user interface driven by reactive data models which will be updated using a SignalR connection to the server.
Alex Gavrilescu Started working as .NET developer in 2012.
Passionate about gaming and technology. Now building games at Funstage in the role of Lead Backend Developer.
Peter Melchart started working as a game dev around 1993 for neo Software and then RockstarVienna, working on PC and console games.
Later, he moved to mobile games which led him to Greentube/Funstage in 2011. Since then he has been developing native Android and iOS social gaming apps using a custom multi-platform framework before switching to Unity.
