Qigong (Chee Gong) is an ancient Chinese healthcare system. The gentle, rhythmic movements of Qigong reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, increase energy, and improve flexibility and balance. It has also been shown to improve respiratory, circulatory, cardiovascular and lymphatic functions.

Because Qigong activates the acupuncture points and meridians, it is often referred to as “acupuncture without needles”. You will learn the three treasures of Qigong including slow movements for balance, self-massage, and breath work.
