Unity of Dallas Meetup Group

A spiritual discussion group based on the 12 Steps is now an official Al-Anon Group (Forest Lane AFG).

The group is facilitated by Mary Chandler and Deb Stovall. Mary and Deb are both Prayer Chaplains for Unity of Dallas. Deb is a minister, a Licensed Unity Teacher and a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Ready to try something fun and new? Come learn how to do Chair Yoga!

Wear comfortable clothing as the class will be doing light movement appropriate for a chair.

The session will include strengthening the body, light stretching of the extremities, mindful breathing and balance work.
Class is for all ages.
