Join award-winning songwriter and spiritual teacher Bob Sima for an experiential breathwork workshop following our Sunday service.
Breathwork is a deep and ancient field — practiced for millennia by yogis, shamans, Zen masters, and energy healers as a path to mind-body-spirit wellness. This workshop draws on the best of that lineage, blending elemental tools and techniques into a practice you can actually use.
The goal is simple: leave with a practice that has an immediate, lasting impact on your life and the people around you. Expect to explore ways to restore nervous system balance, deepen meditation, revitalize health and well-being, raise energy and clarity, improve sleep and digestion, reduce cravings, and expand your sense of presence and connection.
The session blends discussion, ancient meditation forms, focused breathing exercises, and live devotional, ecstatic music — Bob's own guitar included.
