Hiking in Sky Meadows State Park

Enjoy the fall foliage on a hike out 66 West! We'll hike approximately 4 miles, with several turnoffs if you need to leave early.

Note there is a $10 per vehicle admission fee to enter Sky Meadows State Park.

This is a mostly flat hike, with lots of scenic overlooks to take in all the great fall foliage.

Park in the main parking lot on the west side of Route 17. There is a fairly large lot in front of the Visitor Center, where there are also restrooms.

Dogs as usual are welcome on leashes! After the hike we may grab lunch at Three Fox Vineyards and Brewery (10100 Three Fox Lane, Deleplane, VA).

The event will be cancelled, if it rains.
