The Focused Soul: Finding the Origin
"Every great expedition begins with a single point of orientation. In navigation, this is called the Origin—the (0,0) coordinate from which every other measurement is taken.
This Sunday, as we begin our year-long journey through the Geography of the Soul, we prepare ourselves for the full breadth of the spiritual landscape. Before we ascend the mountain peaks of high-consciousness or rest in the fertile valleys of peace, we must first learn how to stand still and listen.
We begin with the first tool in our spiritual field guide: Attention. By clearing the fog of external distractions, we find our true starting point. Join us as we practice the art of 'Divine Noticing,' anchoring ourselves in the radiant 'I AM' at our center. Whether the path ahead leads to a new vista of joy or a quiet forest of reflection, it all begins at the Origin. It’s time to find your bearings."
