Mindfulness practice is not about achieving some special state of mind; it is more about noticing the experience you are having without trying to change it.

Energy Healing at UoG
Unity of Gaithersburg, 111 Central Ave, Gaithersburg, MD, USYou are invited to join us after Unity of Gaithersburg’s Sunday Service for Energy Healing on the Fourth Sunday of each month from 1 pm - 2 pm in the Education Building Ocean Room. (The Education Building is the large building behind the Church.)
There is a different healing mode and leader each month:
