Book Discussion- Dark Matters- Discovering Wholeness in the Shadows

The qualities that we don’t accept about ourselves are repressed and form our Shadow. In this book discussion we will learn that true spiritual wholeness is not a denial of any part of ourselves but rather embracing all that is light and dark in an integrated, healthy, transcendent whole. This in-person discussion, will help us gain insights into accepting all of who we are. This is a four week discussion group, Wednesdays beginning 8/13 (no meeting 9/3). Please read intro and first chapter prior to first gathering.
