Life Support Group

We started a Life Support Group here at Unity of Huntsville church last October 2024. My name is Valerie and I am one of the facilitators of our Life Support Group.
We all are trying to figure this life out, and it can be difficult at times.
A Life support group covers a lot.
We are not a grief support group, but it does come up.
We are not a religious group, but spirituality comes up.
We share what is on our minds and what we are trying to work through.
At our church we have created a safe place to express our feelings and not be judged or fixed.
We all have had similar experiences in our lives. By us sharing and receiving support from others it helps us grow.
