In this sacred, supportive space, we will:
· Enter into a guided meditation to quiet the mind, open the heart, and center in the Presence within
· Experience chakra alignment to harmonize and balance the flow of spiritual energy through mind and body
· Receive sound healing with tuning forks, using vibration and tone to support relaxation, release, and inner realignment
In Unity, we affirm that healing is not something we “get,” but something we allow as we align our awareness with the Truth of our divine nature. This service offers a beautiful opportunity to release stress, restore inner harmony, and reconnect with the healing intelligence already active within you.
