After the meditation you will gently transition back and be gathered in community to create space for reflection and questions if needed.

Held on the third Friday of every month, the themes and meditations will change to align with the seasons and the evolving needs of participants.

About Your Instructor: Barkha Ram is a Certified Transformational Life Coach and Meditation Teacher. She has studied meditation under renowned teachers, including Guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Vipassana meditation master S.N. Goenka. Barkha has a private practice of many years called LifeHacks Coaching in Danville, CA. Her motto is: “I help people predict their future by creating it!”
