Green Movie Night: 2 Eco-Documentaries Plus Discussion

Details
You are invited to a FREE screening of two documentaries from the Wild Hope series:
Coral Comeback – Hawaiian researchers are selectively breeding coral to increase their resilience.
Beautiful Undammed – Washington State’s Elwha River, a story of ecological rebirth.
Following those films, join a group conversation led by Bob Simmons of the Walnut Creek Watershed Council. How can we "rewild" our own patch of nature? Can we restore watersheds? Is it possible to bring salmon back to the rivers and streams in Contra Costa?
Co-presented in partnership by Unity of Walnut Creek EarthCare Alliance, Sustainable Contra Costa, and the Interfaith Climate Action Network, this free event offers hope, inspiration, and a call to action for nature lovers, environmental advocates, and curious minds alike.
Open to all, this event will be held in the Community Room. Enjoy light snacks. While there is no charge, a freewill donation ($25 suggested) would be gratefully accepted.
You may RSVP (requested; not required) by going to https://events.humanitix.com/green-movie-july2025
