Each first Friday of the month you will experience a unique blend of teachings, sound journeys, and mindful practices that will empower you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and the love that unites us all. Together, we remember, heal, and rise.

Through breath, sound, movement and meditation, you will reconnect to safety, awaken creativity, and ignite inner confidence. Be ready to release old patterns, realign with your power and plant seeds for lasting transformation.

Be Love is offered on a freewill donation basis, with $33 suggested and most gratefully appreciated.
