BE LOVE – Meditation and Sound Bath

You are invited to an evening of deep rest, connection, and heart-centered presence at BE LOVE, a sacred gathering designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit.

Through guided meditation, conscious breathing, soothing crystal singing bowls, and immersive sound healing, you will have a space to release the busyness of daily life and return to the wisdom and peace within.

Whether you are seeking relaxation, renewal, healing, or simply a moment to reconnect with yourself and community, you are warmly welcomed exactly as you are.

BE LOVE takes place on the first Friday of every month from
7:00–8:30 PM at Unity of Walnut Creek.

Come breathe, receive, and remember that love is not something we find; it is something we are.

Suggested items to bring: A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported.

Be Love is offered on a freewill donation basis, with $33 suggested and most gratefully appreciated.
