Labyrinth Move and Meditate

Details
Take time once a month to join yogi and vocalist Annika Ananda for a sacred evening of movement, sound, and stillness.
Each ceremony begins with tension-releasing gentle movements adaptable for all physical abilities. This is followed by a restorative meditation with Sanskrit chanting and Solfeggio sound healing.
Please bring something to lie on, as these activities will take place on the lawn in good weather or in the Community Center at other times.
The evening concludes with a silent walking meditation – a symbolic journey inward – through Unity’s Chartres-style Labyrinth.
This practice supports self-discovery, deep connection, and renewed compassion – relieving stress and awakening wholeness through shared sacred experience.
Each month explores a different theme inspired by the ancient symbol of Three across cultures. Examples are the Triquetra: a representation of the Triple Goddess and Unity, and the Trishula: Hindu and Buddhist symbol of creation, maintenance and destruction. All stem from the ancient Vedic “Om,” which represents layers of consciousness and sacred sound.
Labyrinth Move and Meditate is offered on a freewill donation basis ($25 suggested).
