The Mystical Gifts of Halloween

As I watched my 12-year-old neighbor showing off his Halloween mask, I thought of all the masks I have worn and perhaps each of us have worn over the years hiding our authentic Self. Hiding the Self of us that is Whole, Perfect and Complete? What would that look like? Unity teaches that we are all Spiritual beings with an underlying Divinity that animates us all. We see that reflected so beautifully in the life of our Wayshower, Jesus. This Halloween, as the children come to our door with their masks on saying, “Trick or Treat”, we get to “treat” them with our authentic Self. The Self of us that comes into this lifetime as a Light and as a blessing to all who come to our door whether in reality or metaphysically.
