In Unity teaching, we know that thought held in faith becomes reality. A prayer stick is a simple yet sacred way to embody our intentions. As we wrap our prayer around the stick with ribbon, feathers, yarn or beads, each color or item becomes a symbol of what we’re affirming — love, healing, peace, abundance.
The act of creating a prayer stick turns prayer into something tangible. It’s a meditation in motion — a way to focus the mind and align with Spirit. When we place the finished stick on our altar or in our home, it becomes a daily reminder that our prayers are alive and unfolding in divine order.
More than just a craft, it’s a spiritual practice of manifestation — a physical form of the Truth we are holding in consciousness.
