A Retreat for Letting Go & Illumination, Friday, September 12, 5:00 pm– Sunday, September 14, 12:00 pm, Hummingbird Music Camp, nestled by the Jemez River in the Jemez Mountains of New Mexico. Retreat Cost
$150.00 per person (covers the full retreat)

Lodging (up to 35 participants)
Meals - Friday night potluck (bring a dish to share); Saturday: vegetarian and "regular" options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Sunday am, danishes, coffee and tea.

Join us for a transformative weekend in the peaceful surroundings of Hummingbird Music Camp. This retreat is a space for men to step away from the noise of everyday life, gather in brotherhood, and discover practical and spiritual ways to release what no longer serves them.

Through guided discussions, music, nature walks, mindfulness practices, and shared stories, we will:

• Explore what holds us back — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
• Learn tools for letting go of resentment, fear, and old narratives.
• Create space for new possibilities, deeper relationships, and renewed purpose.
• Support one another in a safe, judgment-free environment.

Come ready to share, listen, and be part of a community committed to growth, healing, and release. Attendees do not need to be members of Unity Spiritual Center Albuquerque.
