About us
Welcome to the Unity community! We are a diverse group of fun-loving people having fun and spreading joy thru a variety of activities and gatherings. Everyone is welcome. We’re committed to creating an inclusive and accessible space for people of all abilities. You can also invite any friends and/or family members to join.
We welcome anyone to create events. You can create an event by contacting us in the discussion section with the details of your event. I can then make you a co-organizer so you can create the event. When creating the event please be sure to include any pre-event meeting plans such as meeting at a time and place before an event starts. For example, if you wanted to go to the movies on a Friday night just post the movie, theater and time for the show and then include meeting in front of the theater ½ hour before the show starts. Please be as specific as you can so there is no confusion. Other event possibilities are hiking, dinner at someone’s house or restaurant, an evening in the city, the theater or concert, a night out dancing!, or even an elaborate event like a vacation trip or weekend getaway. We want this group to be all of ours to enjoy each other’s company and flourish together.
If you are interested in our base group, Unity of Walnut Creek is a vibrant, loving and inclusive community offering a positive path for spiritual living.
