A monthly prayer and meditation spiritual direction group rooted in Christian soul care. Created as a quiet, sacred space for those longing for healing, honesty, and God’s gentle presence. This is not therapy and not performance, but a time to tend the soul together, allowing God to meet us with compassion, truth, and restoring love. Meeting one Saturday a month.
## What to Expect
90 minutes, 10am -1130am
• Quiet arrival and grounding
• Soul-care teaching rooted in Christian spirituality
• Guided personal reflection and prayer (no group sharing required)
• Contemplative music and spoken prayer
• Optional integration time through spiritual direction
• Closing blessing and gentle send-off
Cost: $15 for Unity members, $25 for non-members
