Soul Care Circle

A monthly prayer and meditation spiritual direction group rooted in Christian soul care. Created as a quiet, sacred space for those longing for healing, honesty, and God’s gentle presence.
This is an on the floor experience please plan and dress accordingly.

## What to Expect

90 minutes, 10am -1130am
• Quiet arrival and grounding
• SoulCare meditation and reflection based in Christian spirituality
• Contemplative music, sound healing, and other healing modalities may be offered
• Optional Group spiritual direction offered (you may stay or leave after sound healing and meditation portion of the offering)
Cost: Free will offering, $20 per gathering recommended
