Day trip to the Rochester Christmas Festival

The city of Rochester has strong connections with the writer, Charles Dickens, and at Christmas there is a Dickensian Christmas festival with people dressed as characters from his novels walking around the city and acting out scenes of life. At midday there will be a procession of all the characters down the High Street in Rochester. The tour also includes entry to Rochester castle and from the top of the tower, you can get great views of the city.
